Master P Shares His Thoughts On The Lil Wayne vs Birdman Situation

Master P sat down with Hip-Hop Wired recently for an interview about what advice he would give to Lil Wayne and Birdman about their current situation.

The No Limit Forever Records founder says that people want to see Weezy and Baby to go at each other because they are both successful, but he hopes that they can both make amends even if they do go their separate ways.

Juvenile Speaks On Staying Out Of Lil Wayne & Birdman’s Feud In 2 Interviews

Juvenile Speaks On Staying Out Of Lil Wayne & Birdman Feud

Check out two interviews Juvenile did earlier this month with MTV and Hip-HopWired about the current drama going on between Lil Wayne and Birdman, as well as Cash Money Records (who he just resigned back to).

The original Hot Boys member discussed how he doesn’t want to get involved with the feud, because no one knows how it will resolve, so he is trying to stay away from it, as well as confirmed that him and Weezy will be recording more songs together in the future.

Juvie also mentioned that when he had beef with Baby and Cash Money years ago, Tunechi stayed out of the way of it and so he is going to give Tune the same respect. You can watch both interviews after the jump below!

Love & Hip Hop’s Peter Gunz & Cisco Discuss Lil Wayne & Birdman’s Feud [Video]

Love & Hip Hop Peter Gunz & Cisco Discuss Lil Wayne & Birdman Feud

Love & Hip Hop’s Cisco and Peter Gunz, who is also the father to Young Money’s Cory Gunz, sat down with Hip-Hop Wired last week for an interview about Lil Wayne wanting to leave Cash Money Records.

Cisco believes that it’s all just a promo stunt and says that if it was real, Birdman wouldn’t let Weezy F Baby out of his deal anyway. Peter also thinks that the feud is not real if it’s just about Baby not letting Weezy release his Tha Carter V album.

However, Gunz will believe the feud is legit if it goes further than just the album not getting a release date. He even mentioned that Tunechi and Birdman have been down this road before when Tune was entertaining Jay about signing to Def Jam.

You can watch the Love & Hip Hop cast share their thoughts on this situation after the jump below!

Kid Ink Talks Lil Wayne Shouting Him Out & Possibly Working Together In The Future

Kid Ink Talks Lil Wayne Shouting Him Out & Possibly Working Together In The Future

On Twitter a few days ago, Lil Wayne gave Kid Ink a random shout out with a tweet saying: “1 time 4 da homie Kid Ink 4 da luv!”. Hip-Hop Wired recently caught up with the Los Angeles rapper to see what he thinks made Wayne send out this tweet.

According to Kid Ink, he believes it has something to do with his latest single called “Like A Hott Boyy” featuring Young Thug and Bricc Baby Shitro. He also said the theme of the song comes from getting Cash Money and that he played around with Hot Boys references in his verses.

Kid Ink even announced that he reached out to Tunechi to try and get him on the remix, as well as to see if he wanted him on Sorry 4 The Wait 2, but of course that’s too late now as the mixtape has already been released. Ink revealed what type of song of his he would feature Tune on too.

You can watch Kid Ink discuss the Weezy F Baby shout out and the possibility of a collaboration from them both in the future after the jump below. I also included a video to listen to the “Like A Hott Boyy” track if you wish to hear it!

Producers Mannie Fresh & Key Wane Discuss Their Involvement With Lil Wayne’s “Tha Carter V”

Producers Mannie Fresh & Key Wane Discuss Their Involvement With Lil Wayne Tha Carter 5 Album

On the black carpet at the 2014 BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards in Los Angeles on August 22nd, Hip-Hop Wired caught up with producers Mannie Fresh and Key Wane to ask them about their involvement in Lil Wayne‘s forthcoming album, Tha Carter V, due to drop on October 28th.

Mannie mentioned that him and Weezy are trying to recapture Tha Carter I sound on the fifth installment of his Tha Carter album series: “If you know Tha Carter I, then you know Mannie Fresh and we’re just trying to recapture that sound.”

Wane explained that he has heard some stuff from C5 and even though he does not know if his beats will make the final cut of the album, he will still listen to it as he is a big fan of Tune: “Regardless, Carter V, Carter VI, Carter VII – I’m going to listen to them whether I’m on it or not.”

You can check out the interview below!
