Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson recently chopped it up with Jayson Tatum for episode 35 of their “All The Smoke” podcast (see below), which is of course the same podcast Lil Wayne appeared on last month.

Around the 54:00 mark of their interview, Jayson was asked about music and went on to name his top 5 music artists. Weezy, who the professional NBA athlete called a G.O.A.T., was mentioned in this list along with JAY-Z, Drake, The Notorious B.I.G., and Nelly.

Not long after this conversation, the Boston Celtics player was asked which music artist he would love to have name-drop him in one of their songs and he answered with Tunechi or Yo Gotti. He then added it would be great to hear Tune reference his name on one of his next mixtapes like a Dedication 7!

Halsey Gets A Tattoo Designed By Lil Wayne Seconds Before They Perform On “SNL” Together

Halsey Gets A Tattoo Designed By Lil Wayne Seconds Before They Perform On SNL Together

Seconds before performing “Can’t Be Broken off Tha Carter V on “Saturday Night Live” together (November 10th), Halsey got a tattoo on her lower bicep that was handwritten by Lil Wayne.

Taking to social media, Halsey shared a photo of her new ink that has the words “sins” and “forgiveness” along with a scale, which was done by artist Jonathan Valena aka JonBoy.

The tatt is a reference to Tunechi‘s “on my Libra scale I’m weighin’ sins and forgiveness” lyric from his “She Will” song featuring Drake off his Tha Carter IV album.

Halsey revealed that the inspiration behind her new tattoo is from her and Tune both being Libras and share the same astrological sign – scales. She even brought up a tweet that she wrote back in 2014:

“I’m a libra and so is lil Wayne and that’s all you’ll ever need to know about me.”

Lil Wayne Reacts To Hillary Clinton Referencing His Lyrics In A Speech [Video]

Lil Wayne Reacts To Hillary Clinton Referencing His Lyrics In A Speech

Early this morning, TMZ asked Lil Wayne what his thoughts were on Hillary Clinton referencing his lyrics in her speech on Thursday night while he was leaving Playhouse nightclub in Los Angeles, California after celebrating Mack Maine’s birthday.

If you missed her speech, Hillary appeared to reference Tunechi‘s No Ceilings mixtape and his “Sky Is The Limit” song: “When there are no ceilings, the sky’s the limit”. This is of course similar to what Tune said on a No Ceilings tape skit: “And understand that there is no ceilings, there’s only the sky and the sky is the limit”.

Of course, this is a little bit of a reach, but the quote does seem fitting to be what Weezy has rapped in the past. You can watch Clinton say the line in her speech and see Wayne chat to TMZ about it below. Even though he hadn’t seen the speech at the time he was leaving the nightclub, it now looks like Mr. Carter has checked it out as he has since gone on Twitter to tweet: “Go Hillary! I hear ya out there”!
