Rick Ross, G-Eazy, Meek Mill, Lil Dicky, Chief Keef & More Rappers React To Lil Wayne Tha Carter V Album

Plenty of rappers from the hip-hop world took to social media to share how happy they are that Lil Wayne has now released his long-awaited album, Tha Carter V.

The list of rap artists who wrote about C5 on their Twitter and Instagram pages included: Rick Ross, Drake, Ace Hood, Tyga, The Game, T.I., Chief Keef, Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill, DJ Khaled, and 2 Chainz.

There were also a few stand out tweets from G-Eazy: “C fucking 5 wow”, Lil Dicky: “Lil Wayne is so goddamn good at rapping. I don’t know who is a better rapper”, and Lil Yachty: “Oh my God, Carter 5 is insane, amazing”.

The Game Red Magic Feat Lil Wayne & Shanell

The “Feature Friday” post for this week is The Game‘s “Red Magic” song featuring a chorus and verse from Lil Wayne, as well as an outro from Young Money’s Shanell.

The track was recorded for Game‘s third studio album, LAX, which was released back in 2008, but it didn’t end up making the project for an unknown reason. However, their other collaboration “My Life” did.

“I don’t get none of y’all niggas; Like two three, I’m after every one of y’all niggas; What am I saying? I’m ahead of all of y’all niggas”

Did you know ex-Navy SEAL Robert O’Neill listened to The Game and Lil Wayne‘s “Red Nation” single on the evening of the raid that killed Osama bin Laden back in 2011?

While walking around the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Maryland, TMZ caught up with Robert and asked him if he was bumping any certain music on the night of the raid to which he replied:

“On the night of it? Yeah, I actually listened to ‘Red Nation’ by The Game [featuring Lil Wayne].”

Back then, Game and Weezy‘s “Red Nation” collaboration was pretty new as it was only released a month before the night of the operation. You can check out O’Neill reveal what he was listening to before he killed the terrorist below!

Weezy recorded a video of himself wishing Harlem a happy birthday and telling him to enjoy yourself while wearing a black OVO “Know Yourself” hoody.
