Lil Wayne has left ICM (International Creative Management) Partners to sign a new deal with CAA (Creative Artists Agency).
The company will represent Tunechi with a team of agents and handle all of his future show bookings.
At the agency, Weezy joins a current growing hip-hop roster of music artists, such as Future, SZA and Kehlani!

While on the American sports talk show, Weezy revealed that it is not a competition but rather a goal to have his Young Money Sports agency on the same level as JAY Z‘s Roc Nation Sports agency. Malik even explained why he decided to sign with Young Money Sports.
Tunechi also spoke on why he decided to get into the agency business, Fergie‘s national anthem performance at the 2018 NBA All-Star Game, if the new format saved the All-Star Game, what chances the Cleveland Cavaliers have of winning the title, how Aaron Rodgers will bounce back from his injury, and plenty more!
Lil Wayne has announced that his Young Money APAA sports agency has bought PlayersRep Sports Management, which was a competing agency that mainly represented American football players.
Since starting his own agency last year, Weezy has signed plenty of athletes including linebackers Reggie Northrup and Duke Riley, defensive lineman Lewis Neal, wide receiver Dede Westbrook, and basketball players Andrew White, Braylon Rayson, Frank Mason, and Kadeem Allen.
With his new acquirement of PlayersRep Sports Management, the Young Money APAA sports agency will now handle more clients including NFL’s Jason McCourty (Cleveland Browns), Todd Davis (Denver Broncos), Duron Harmon and Devin McCourty (New England Patriots), Seth Roberts (Oakland Raiders), and Lane Johnson (Philadelphia Eagles).
This new deal will allow Young Money APAA Sports to expand it’s offices from Dallas to Chicago, Cleveland and North Carolina. Tunechi also went on Twitter to tweet about this new deal by saying: “Stok’d about this acquisition!”
Lil Wayne recently spoke to ESPN about why he signed Duke Riley to his Young Money APAA Sports agency.
In the interview, Weezy revealed he see’s the “superstar” in Duke similar to how he saw the “superstar” in Drake from the very beginning when he signed him to YM:
“Duke’s drive to be the best, his work ethic, charisma and personality reminded me of an artist I signed on the music side of Young Money. The world knows that music artist as Drake. Just as I saw a superstar in Drake from the beginning, I see the same for Duke Riley.”

Lil Wayne attended Gold Room nightclub in Atlanta, Georgia on May 26th with Mack Maine, Sarah Vivan, Gudda Gudda, and Duke Riley.
They were all in attendance to celebrate Duke, who is managed by Young Money APAA Sports, signing to the Atlanta Falcons a few weeks ago.
