A$AP Rocky recently sat down with N.O.R.E. aka Noreaga and DJ EFN for a new interview on their “Drink Champs” podcast.

During their conversation at the 36:40 mark, which you can watch after the jump, Rocky played a game of Lil Wayne vs. Drake to which he answered Wayne.

“Weezy to this day, he can’t be f*cked with, like nobody rap better than Wayne… Wayne will embarrass you, cause he do it quick [send the verse back]. I f*ck with Weezy”

At the end of 2021, Big Sean sat down with N.O.R.E. aka Noreaga and DJ EFN for an interview on their “Drink Champs” podcast to discuss his career, life, Detroit, and much more.

From the 14:50 mark, Sean talked about growing up loving the mixtape era and recalled riding to school listening to Lil Wayne‘s Dedication 1 and Dedication 2 tapes.

Later on in their conversation at 1:02:15, N.O.R.E. asked Sean to pick from “Drake or Wayne” to which the Detroit rapper named Wayne solely for the reason if there was no Weezy, there would be no Drizzy.

Big Sean also talked about where he was at in life when he made his “Beware” single featuring Tunechi and Jhene Aiko at the 1:38:30 point of their convo. He remembers Tune hearing just 6 seconds of the song when he decided that this was going to be the record he jumps on!

Anuel AA Says Lil Wayne Was The Artist He Studied The Most Growing Up

Earlier this year, Anuel AA sat down with N.O.R.E. aka Noreaga and DJ EFN for an interview on their “Drink Champs” podcast to discuss his career, life, fame, and more.

At the 14:00 minute mark, the Puerto Rican rapper reveals he listened to a lot of English-speaking music growing up and the artist he studied the most was Lil Wayne. He went on to say he really took notice of Wayne around Tha Carter III and Tha Carter IV era, as well as when he introduced Drake and Nicki Minaj to the world.

Later on in their conversation at the 1:14:00 mark, Anuel references Tunechi‘s iconic deposition by answering “I don’t recall” to a question about which watch he was wearing when in jail. DMX recently sat down with N.O.R.E. aka Noreaga and DJ EFN for an interview on the newest episode of their “Drink Champs” podcast that you can watch below.

At the 27:15 mark of their conversation, DMX revealed he has a new Lil Wayne feature for his upcoming currently untitled album, as well as features from Pop Smoke, the Griselda boys, Usher, Bono, Alicia Keys, The LOX, and Snoop Doog.

If you recall back to a few months ago in October, Wayne mentioned in an interview himself that he had just recorded a new verse for DMX, so this will more than likely be the feature the New York rapper is talking about! Are you looking forward to hearing a X and Weezy collaboration?
