Kobe Bryant Will Copy Lil Wayne’s Hilarious 2012 Deposition If He’s Forced To Testify

Kobe Bryant Will Copy Lil Wayne Hilarious 2012 Deposition If He Is Forced To Testify

Kobe Bryant is currently involved in a legal battle over his nickname “Black Mamba” and if he is forced to give a deposition, he will do his best Lil Wayne impression.

According to The Blast, pharmaceutical brand Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals have asked the judge to make Kobe sit down for an interview and answer questions about the “Black Mamba” name.

The former professional basketball player’s attorney is refusing to let him take part in a deposition over trademark issues and instead wants him to submit written answers.

“Deposing Kobe Bryant would be like Lil Wayne’s deposition… it would be just like that – he’d just be saying ‘I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know.'”

Of course, the attorney is referring to Wayne‘s hilarious deposition from back in 2012 where he answered “I don’t recall” to numerous questions that he would of known the answers to, but they had nothing to do with what he was being sued for.

There has been no decision made as of yet regarding Kobe Bryant‘s deposition. This lawsuit all began in 2015 after the company Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals filed to trademark the name “Black Mamba HYPERRUSH” to sell diet pills. Bryant‘s team demanded that their trademark not be approved and they have been battling it out ever since!

Birdman & Young Thug Plead For Gag Order In Lil Wayne Tour Bus Shooting Lawsuit

Birdman & Young Thug Plead For Gag Order In Lil Wayne Tour Bus Shooting Lawsuit

Both Birdman and Young Thug have asked a Cobb County State Court judge to issue a gag order in the lawsuit involving them with the Lil Wayne tour bus shooting in Atlanta back in 2015.

For those who are unaware, a gag order is a legal order by courts or governments that keeps information from being made public. Baby and Thugger want to silence Alvin Lewis, and stop him and his lawyer from speaking to the media about the case.

Lewis was the driver of Tunechi‘s tour bus on the night when it was shot up by Jimmy Carlton Winfrey aka Peewee Roscoe. He is currently suing Stunna, Thug, Peewee, Cash Money Records, and Young Money over the incident, and believes that the shooting was “gang-related.”

According to The Blast, the judge has yet to rule and the case is currently on hold. Right now, Roscoe is behind bars after being sentenced to 10 years in jail, but the lawsuit is about to reopened after new evidenced surfaced, which could expose Birdman and Young Thug for having something to do with trying to kill Weezy!

Man Who Allegedly Shot Up Lil Wayne’s Tour Bus Has Had His 20-Year Sentence Overturned

Man Who Allegedly Shot Up Lil Wayne Tour Bus Has Had His 20-Year Sentence Overturned

Back in 2015, Jimmy Carlton Winfrey aka Peewee Roscoe pleaded guilty to the shooting at Lil Wayne‘s tour bus outside of Compound nightclub in Atlanta, Georgia on April 25th.

Peewee was served with a 20-year sentence (10 years in prison and 10 years on probation), but according to a new report by the Atlanta-Journal Constitution, he has had his sentence overturned.

The good friend of T.I., Birdman and Young Thug appealed his sentence in February this year by claiming the Cobb County judge, Mary Staley Clark, “pushed” him into accepting a plea deal that he had previously declined by allegedly threatening him with a harder sentence.

Winfrey will now remain locked up behind bars while his case goes back to the Cobb County State Court to start over again!

Lil Wayne Demands The Judge Sanction Birdman Over Having No Accounting Records & Tax Returns From 2011

Lil Wayne Demands The Judge Sanction Birdman Over Having No Accounting Records & Tax Returns From 2011

An update in Lil Wayne‘s ongoing $50 million lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money Records has surfaced and it includes Wayne demanding that the judge punish Baby.

According to The Blast, Tunechi filed a motion on February 21st to compel a presentation of documents from Cash Money relating to Drake and Nicki Minaj as Tune accused Birdman of misleading the court with not turning over the most important documents that he was ordered to produce.

Weezy added that the record label has made over $200 million in profit, but doesn’t have any accounting records or tax returns from 2011: “Unless Cash Money admits to criminal failure to file tax returns for 2011 to present, Cash Money must produce these returns.”

As of right now, the judge in the case has yet to rule on the motion. Also, February 21st is the day that Cortez Bryant revealed they are still fighting on a release for Tha Carter V! Coincidence maybe?
