According to the Recording Industry Association Of America (RIAA), Mike Jones‘s “Cuddy Buddy” aka “Cutty Buddy” collaboration with Lil Wayne, T-Pain and Twista was officially certified Gold ten days ago on May 26th.

This means that the Jim Jonsin and Bigg D-co-produced single, which appears on Mike‘s The Voice album, has surpassed over 500,000 in sales with purchases and streams since it was first released back in 2008.

I have chosen a song from Mike Jones called “I Done Did It” featuring a verse from Lil Wayne for this week’s “Feature Friday” edition.

This Cory Mo-produced track was recorded for Mike‘s The Voice Of The Streets album back in 2008, but for some reason it never ended up getting released.

Mike Jones recently sat down with Say Cheese TV for an interview, which you can watch below.

At the start of their conversation, Mike spoke on how he felt about Lil Wayne freestyling over his “Mr. Jones” single, which turned out to be the classic “Sky Is The Limit (Ride For My Niggas)” song off Da Drought 3.

Jones also revealed if the Tunechi version hurt or helped him, discussed people writing in comments “this is Wayne‘s song now”, explained how close him and Tune were with each other around Tha Carter II days, and plenty more!
