NLE Choppa Announces Release Date For Aint Gonna Answer Single Feat Lil Wayne

NLE Choppa has revealed on social media when he plans to release his new single called “Ain’t Gonna Answer” featuring Lil Wayne.

We already know that the two of them have filmed a music video for this collaboration by seeing pictures a few days ago (and with the red MSCHF boots going viral), and now Choppa has announced “Ain’t Gonna Answer” will be released next Friday on February 24th.

While on set of the video shoot, NLE also presented Weezy with some flowers for Valentine’s Day, as well as a handwritten note and a customized skateboard to thank him in person for inspiring his life. Tune responded to the camera by saying: “Be like this guy, this is a good guy, for real. I do this a lot, I’m on video sets a lot… new artists, old artists, this doesn’t happen. On Friday night (February 10th), Lil Wayne and NLE Choppa were spotted filming a new music video in Los Angeles, California.

There is currently no word on what song the two of them were shooting a visual for, but NLE has talked about wanting to record a “Shotta Flow 6” with Weezy a few times in the past.

During their conversation, Choppa reveals how Lil Wayne and Kobe Bryant have both influenced him, he will only create a “Shotta Flow 6” song if he gets a Wayne feature for it, and his favorite mixtape and track from Weezy are: Dedication 5 and “A Milli“.

During their conversation, Choppa was asked who would be the one OG in hip-hop that he has not yet worked with to which he responded with Lil Wayne.

The Memphis rapper also mentioned that he would not be making another “Shotta Flow” song after he dropped “Shotta Flow 5” earlier this year. However, the only way he would record a “Shotta Flow 6” is if he can get a feature from Wayne and possibly Bun B on it!

At the 10:50 mark of their conversation (see below), Choppa speaks on being gifted a Lil Wayne signed basketball by DJ Akademiks, as well as looking up to Tunechi as an idol.

The Memphis rapper also discussed having a dream of making a song with Wayne as a kid and how he would love to make a collaboration project with himself, Weezy, Roddy Ricch, Lil Baby, and Lil Durk!
