For #ThrowbackThursday today, here is some behind the scenes footage from Lil Wayne‘s “Da Da Da” video shoot back on February 5th, 2010.
The music video, which you can watch here, was filmed on top of a South Beach Hotel rooftop in Florida and it included cameos from ¡Mayday!.

Marisa Flores recently sat down with uDiscover Music to chat all about being Lil Wayne‘s stylist, which you can watch below.
In their interview, Marisa spoke on how she first met Wayne in Hollywood not too long after he had released Tha Carter III, how she became his stylist, how Weezy‘s style has evolved over the years, going from plain white t-shirts to high end designers, taking risks with outfits, and more.
Also during their conversation, Flores discussed how Tunechi‘s style has influenced hip-hop, receiving so much hate for him wearing tight skinny jeans at the MTV VMAs and now all of the new generation rappers are wearing them, her favorite Tune music video shoot, skateboarding, and surfing.
After revealing her favorite Lil Wayne song is “Get A Life” off the Rebirth album, Marisa Flores showed off a few of the outfits that she has kept hold of and these include the “HYFR” and “Love Me” music videos, as well as a Trayvon Martin shirt Mr. Carter wanted to wear at a concert!
Episode 9 took place on Friday night (June 26th) of Lil Wayne‘s “Young Money Radio” show, which included special guests Jadakiss, Fabolous, Jack Harlow, Anuel AA, Gudda Gudda, Juelz Santana, Usher, Mannie Fresh, and Michael Thomas. You can check out videos of all of these conversations below.
During this show, Wayne chopped it up with both Kiss and Fab at the same time about how their families are doing, their latest projects, stories of the last collaborations they all did together (Jada says Tunechi finished his “Death Wish” verse before he finished rolling up), sending new music, and more. Weezy also spoke with Double G about his new song “It Ain’t Ok” and his upcoming album “Lord Gudda“, with AA about his musical influences growing up, his Emmanuel album, getting locked up, his wife Karol G, soccer and possibly shooting a video for their “Ferrari” collaboration, with Usher about the importance of voting, his editorial in The Washington Post about making Juneteenth a national holiday, new single “I Don’t Cry” and a story involving Lil Twist, and lastly with New Orleans Saints’ wide receiver Michael Thomas about other WRs in the NFL, 21 Savage, NBA YoungBoy, plus much more!

Outside of the 4th annual “Lil Weezyana Fest” in New Orleans, Louisiana last weekend (August 25th), there was official Lil Wayne merchandise designed by Ignored Prayers that sold out immediately.
After this news and Tunechi loving the merch himself, Ignored Prayers are now doing a limited online release of their “Lil Weezyana” hats and t-shirt, so that us fans who couldn’t make it to this year’s music festival can purchase them.
