On August 13th, Lil Wayne put on a live “Uproar At The Torch” concert with his cannabis brand GKUA at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in California.

During the show, Tunechi brought out The Game to perform “One Blood“, Wiz Khalifa to perform “Black And Yellow“, Big Sean to perform “IDFWU“, Polo G to perform “Gang Gang“, and a few of his Young Money artists.

The nominations for the 21st annual BET Awards have been announced and Lil Wayne earned a total of one.

Wayne was nominated in the “Best Collaboration” category for Jack Harlow’s What’s Poppin” remix featuring himself, DaBaby and Tory Lanez.

This year’s BET Awards will take place on Sunday, June 27th at 8PM EST from the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles, California. Check out who their competition is for the “Best Collaboration” award below!

Lil Wayne Pays Tribute To The Late DMX During Triller Fest, Watch His Full Set

Over the weekend on May 1st, Lil Wayne headlined this year’s Triller Fest at the Miami Marine Stadium in Miami, Florida.

During his 1-hour set, Wayne performed the hits and features that he usually performs live. However, there was one new song that Weezy added to his setlist and that was Jack Harlow’s “What’s Poppin’” remix, which he also mentioned he had been learning the words for it all day.

Tunechi also brought out Gudda Gudda and 2 Chainz during his set, as well as paid tribute to the late DMX, who sadly passed away from a heart attack last month, by recalling their first meet over 20 years ago while on the Cash Money/Ruff Ryders tour. Billboard have released their end of the year statistics for 2020 and in this post, you can find out which placements Lil Wayne had on the charts.

Weezy appeared at #54 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Album chart with Funeral, #13 on the Hot 100 Song chart with Jack Harlow’s What’s Poppin” remix, #127 on the Billboard 200 Album chart with Funeral, and #5 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Song chart once again for his work on Jack Harlow’s “What’s Poppin” remix.
