Lil Wayne & Norm Duke Take On Chris Paul & Jason Belmonte In 2011 CP3 PBA Celebrity Invitational

As it is #ThrowbackThursday today, we can watch some footage of Lil Wayne showing off his bowling skills on the television network ESPN.

For the 2011 Chris Paul PBA (Professional Bowlers Association) Celebrity Invitational at Riverboat Lanes in New Orleans, Louisiana on December 14th, Weezy teamed up with professional bowler Norm Duke to take on CP3 and pro bowler Jason Belmonte.

Unfortunately, Tunechi and Norm lost out to Chris and Jason in the very end, but it did look like a fun game for all. Tune even threw 3 gutter balls in a row before redeeming himself haha! You can check out the clip after the jump below, enjoy.

Lil Wayne & Sarah Vivan Take Their Son Dwayne Michael Carter III Bowling For His 6th Birthday

Lil Wayne & Sarah Vivan Take Their Son Dwayne Michael Carter III Bowling For His 6th Birthday

Yesterday on October 22nd, it was Lil Wayne‘s first son’s birthday! Dwayne Michael Carter III turned 6-years-old and to celebrate, his parents Wayne and Sarah Vivan took him bowling, along with Sarah‘s daughter Essence.

If you remember back when Katie Couric interviewed Weezy F Baby in 2009, Weezy mentioned that bowling is one of his favorite things in the whole world to do, so it would be no surprise to see Lil Tuney love the same hobbies that daddy loves!

You can view some footage of Tunechi bowling, as well as another family photo from the evening below. Last year for his son’s 5th birthday, Tune dressed up as Fred Flintstone and you can check out some pictures from that fancy dress party here.

Soulja Boy & Mike Go Skating & Bowling At Lil Wayne’s Crib [Pictures]

Soulja Boy & Mike Go Skating & Bowling At Lil Wayne Crib

Yesterday, Lil Wayne invited Soulja Boy and his manager Mike to chill with him at his crib in Miami, Florida. While at the house, Mike took some photos of Soulja skateboarding with Weezy F Baby as well as having a game of bowling. This means that Wayne has a skate park built inside of his mansion and also a “Young Money Game Room”, which includes a TRUKFIT slot machine.

There is also a “YM Private” room and inside of this is just a stripping pole, so I think we all know what that room is for! You can view more photos of S. Beezy and Mike chilling with Tunechi, Mack Maine and Birdman after the jump below.

Robert Hoobler Speaks On Lil Wayne Going To Jail x Weezy Goes Bowling x More

Robert Hoobler Speaks On Lil Wayne Going To Jail

No one is more disappointed that Lil Wayne is jailed on gun charges than the cop who saved the rapper’s life 15 years ago after an accidental shot to the chest.

“It’s sad to see somebody get involved with guns like that – any kid, no matter who they are,” said Robert Hoobler, a New Orleans Police Department cop for two decades.

“I’m sorry to see that happened to him, but at least he admitted to what happened and took his medicine,” said Hoobler, 53, who now works for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Hoobler is more of an AC/DC and Metallica fan, but he has genuine affection for Lil Wayne.

They crossed paths in 1994 when Lil Wayne was a seventh grader living in New Orleans’ rough Hollygrove neighborhood. A call came in for shots fired, and Hoobler and other cops rushed to the address.

“We heard loud music the first time, but nothing the second time – just a little voice moaning for help,” Hoobler said.

The cops kicked in the door and found Lil Wayne covered in blood. He had dragged himself from the bedroom to the front of the apartment, leaving a bloody trail.

There were no ambulances immediately available, so Hoobler cradled Lil Wayne in his arms as they raced in a police cruiser to the nearest hospital.

That saved the rapper’s life, doctors said.

Lil Wayne has acknowledged Hoobler‘s heroics in person and in the press and he’s become a a bit of a local celebrity, recognized from a VH1 “Behind the Music” special. At the school where the cop’s grandkids attend, children ask for autographs.

Just last week, Hoobler bought his first Lil Wayne album and he has been listening to it on a boom box in his police cruiser after work.

“Now that I finally got a hold of his new CD, and see that it really turned out good, I hope he makes more of them,” he said.

Via NYDailyNews, and it’s cool to see the cop who saved Wayne‘s life is liking the Rebirth album.

Hit the jump to watch Lil Wayne and Lil Twist go bowling on Wayne‘s last day of freedom before heading to jail, another The Carter Documentary preview (some unreleased scenes), and the producer of “Pop Bottles” venting on Birdman and Lil Wayne. Oh and check back to LilWayneHQ.com tomorrow for the Gudda Gudda and Tunechi record, “Willy Wonka“.
