Lil Wayne performed live for the 6th annual “Lil Weezyana Fest” at Champions Square’s Bold Sphere Music venue in his hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana on October 29th.

The opening acts for the concert were: Unc & Phew (R.I.P. Takeoff), Babyface Ray, Rob 49, Neno Calvin, and a few of the Young Money artists. During his own set, Tunechi also brought out Cam’ron to perform “Suck It Or Not“, “Oh Boy“, “Dipset Anthem” and “I Really Mean It“, Rick Ross to perform “Hustlin’“, “B.M.F (Blowin’ Money Fast)” and “Aston Martin Music“, and Drake to perform “God’s Plan“, “Nonstop“, “Jimmy Cooks“, and “Knife Talk” live.

Lil Wayne Announces 6th Annual Lil Weezyana Fest In New Orleans, Reveals Lineup

The 6th annual “Lil Weezyana Fest” has been announced and like the past 5 music festivals, it will be taking place in Lil Wayne‘s hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana, as well as be presented by radio station Q93 and Live Nation Urban.

This year’s show, which is being held at Champions Square’s Bold Sphere Music, will be happening on Saturday, October 29th and include live performances from Unc & Phew (Quavo and Takeoff), Cam’ron, Rick Ross, Babyface Ray, Rob 49, Mellow Rackz, Neno Calvin, and more. If it’s based on the previous concerts, there will be plenty of special guests making appearances too.

If you wish to attend the 2022 “Lil Weezyana Fest“, everyone will be able to purchase tickets via Ticketmaster from this Friday (July 15th) at 10AM CDT. Camron Talks About Lil Wayne Work Ethic & Why He Was Not In The Touch It Or Not Music Video

Earlier this month, Cam’ron sat down with N.O.R.E. aka Noreaga and DJ EFN for an interview on their “Drink Champs” podcast.

During their conversation, Cam was asked why was Lil Wayne not in the music video for their “Suck It Or Not” collaboration to which he ends up revealing Boosie Badazz and Webbie were originally featured on the song.

The Dipset rapper also praised Wayne and talked a little bit about Weezy‘s work ethic by saying he works fast and he will always send a verse back before the sun goes down. Check it out below!

Chubbie Baby recently chopped it up with DGB for an “Off The Porch” interview, which you can check out below.

During their conversation, Chubbie spoke on having production on the unreleased Lil Wayne and Juelz Santana collaboration album, I Can’t Feel My Face, including the “Bad Side” song. He also shared the story of how “Leanin’ Low” with himself, Wayne and Juelz came about.

The CEO of AweSomLife Entertainment then explained how he ended up getting a Tunechi feature on Keri Hilson‘s “Turnin’ Me On” single for producer Polow Da Don straight away. Chubbie mentioned that instead of receiving money from Polow, he instead asked for a job at Zone 4 and got it. While working at the Zone 4 record label, he was the reason behind Tune jumping on Ester Dean‘s “Drop It Low” remix!

Producer Rsonist Speaks On Lil Wayne & Juelz Santana I Cant Feel My Face Joint Album

A couple of months ago, Rsonist chopped it with Mikey T The Movie Star from his whip for a 40-minute interview with Report Card Radio.

At the 16:50 mark of their conversation (watch below), the one half of hip-hop production duo The Heatmakerz was asked about the songs he has heard from Lil Wayne and Juelz Santana‘s I Can’t Feel My Face joint album, as well as the music he has produced for it.

“Had they had put that [I Can’t Feel My Face] out when they were supposed to put that out, it would of changed the dynamic of where music was going.”

Rsonist says that he does not know what happened with the business side of the project, but he does not think it was an issue with Wayne and Santana‘s record labels. He also explained why they make a good duo and how Juelz should drop it as one of his first albums since his release from jail! Do you think ICFMF will ever come out?
