Damian Lillard Speaks On Being In The Studio With Lil Wayne, His Work Ethic & Hearing Unreleased Music

A couple of days ago, Damian Lillard aka Dame D.O.L.L.A. did a press run in New York City for his upcoming Confirmed album and his new “Run It Up” single featuring Lil Wayne, which you can check out in the clips below.

One of these press run stops included a visit to Shade 45’s “Sway In The Morning” radio show. At the 5:00 mark, Dame spoke to Sway Calloway and Heather B about being in the studio with Weezy and bouncing ideas off of each other to beats, as well as revealed they have “a number of songs” that they have recorded together from his first album to now.

The NBA player and rapper also stopped by Complex to appear on episode 197 of their “Everyday Struggle” series. Throughout his appearance, Lillard discussed plenty of things about Tunechi, such as his work ethic, Cash Money trying to block his verse on “Loyal To The Soil“, listening to his music, what he learned from being in the studio with him, and hearing unreleased Tune music!

After first hearing about the collaboration yesterday, Damian Lillard aka Dame D.O.L.L.A. has released his “Run It Up” single featuring Lil Wayne.

The Scott Storch-produced song will appear on Dame‘s upcoming Confirmed album, which will drop next month on October 6th.

Damian Lillard aka Dame D.O.L.L.A. has announced on his Twitter page that he will be releasing a new single featuring Lil Wayne this Friday (September 22nd).

The upcoming collaboration, which will be called “Run It Up“, will appear on the NBA player/rapper’s forthcoming album, Confirmed, due to drop on October 6th.

Weezy may of recorded his verse for this new song when him and Dame hit up a Los Angeles studio together earlier this month! Who is looking forward to hearing “Run It Up“?

Lil Wayne Interview With DJ Drama, Gives Dedication 4 Release Date & More

Lil Wayne just called into DJ Drama‘s Hot 107.9 radio show to talk about his upcoming mixtape, Dedication 4. Wayne said he will release the tape on August 15th and named three instrumentals that he has already rapped over, which are “Burn“, “Cashin’ Out” and “I Don’t Like“!

Lil Wayne Will Release His “Dedication 4” Mixtape In August!

Two weeks ago, we was warned that Lil Wayne would be starting work on the fourth installment of his Dedication mixtape series. The good news now is that Weezy has just confirmed this on his Twitter page.

Dedikation 4 komin next month.

So it looks like we will be getting a Dedication 4 mixtape hosted by DJ Drama sometime in August. This should keep us playing Tunechi music over the summer while we wait patiently for I Am Not A Human Being II.

Juelz Santana Says Album With Lil Wayne Is Back On x Justin Bieber Speaks On Weezy Skating

A week after Lil Wayne basically called Juelz Santana lazy and announced that their I Can’t Feel My Face collaboration album has now turned in to his solo I Am Not A Human Being II album, Juelz told BET that he has recently spoke to Weezy and confirmed that their collabo album is still in the works. He also explained the reason why he couldn’t send back new music to Tune for the album at the time, which was because his studio had got raided and one of his friends had died in the studio.
