Around the start of their conversation (1:45 mark and 2:45 mark), Tity Boi confirmed his and Lil Wayne‘s forthcoming ColleGrove 2 joint album will be released this year, as well as that he just added a Fabolous feature to one of the songs.

Later on in their convo at the 27:20 mark, the College Park rapper mentioned ColleGrove 2 is currently getting mixed and it sounds like you are in the Metaverse when you listen to it as it is so different! Are you looking forward to hearing a Chainz, Wayne and Fab collaboration?

Tyler, The Creator recently stopped by HOT 97 to appear on their “Ebro In The Morning” radio show and chop it up with Ebro Darden, Peter Rosenberg and Laura Stylez, which you can check out below.

Around the 1:30:00 mark, Tyler was asked what does it mean to have Lil Wayne featured on his Call Me If You Get Lost album to which he went on to praise Wayne by saying he loves him and insist he keeps on getting better and better.

Going into more detail about what he means, the Ladera Heights native thinks people may not realize Weezy is getting better, due to his beat selection. However, Tyler claims in his opinion that Mr. Carter is getting technically better at rapping unlike Eminem.

The Odd Future co-founder also added he loves watching one of the greats keep on getting better, he loves working with Tunechi because he can choose what beats to hear him spit on, and he would consider producing a solo Tune project if he was ever asked!

Tyga recently sat down with Ebro Darden for a one on one interview with Beats 1 radio to promote his latest album, Legendary.

During their conversation, which you can watch after the jump below, Ty revealed it was Lil Wayne who helped him grow into the person that he is today from his influence, as well as his work ethic.

“Wayne, he kinda like, he helped me grow into this person and really just inspired me and mentored me through the years. He signed me when I was 17. I was over there when he was doing Carter III so, that whole process, I had somebody to look [up] to as far as like, this is how I should do it. I should be in the studio every day. This person’s doing it. I should be doing shows… you know what I’m saying? I had guidance in a way. Just putting him on the beginning of the album is legendary. After all the drama, all the shit that he’s been through, label stuff, me, and still come out on top…”

T-Raww also mentioned that he put his Tune feature at the beginning of his Legendary album, because he is the actual legend. The former Young Money artist even explained how “Bed Rock” came together after first having hooks from Ne-Yo and Omarion, why you always have to be ready with verses when in the studio with Weezy, and being mad that he wasn’t on “Every Girl“!
