The 6th annual “Lil Weezyana Fest” has been announced and like the past 5 music festivals, it will be taking place in Lil Wayne‘s hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana, as well as be presented by radio station Q93 and Live Nation Urban.

This year’s show, which is being held at Champions Square’s Bold Sphere Music, will be happening on Saturday, October 29th and include live performances from Unc & Phew (Quavo and Takeoff), Cam’ron, Rick Ross, Babyface Ray, Rob 49, Mellow Rackz, Neno Calvin, and more. If it’s based on the previous concerts, there will be plenty of special guests making appearances too.

If you wish to attend the 2022 “Lil Weezyana Fest“, everyone will be able to purchase tickets via Ticketmaster from this Friday (July 15th) at 10AM CDT. Mass Appeal and DJ Premier have revealed the official tracklisting for Volume 1 of the Hip Hop 50: The Soundtrack series.

On the project, which will be released this Friday (July 15th), is a collaboration from Lil Wayne and Slick Rick produced by Premier.

For #ThrowbackThursday today, here is a cool video from the Atlanta, Georgia stop of Destiny’s Child‘s final tour, “Destiny Fulfilled… And Lovin’ It”.

Beyonce, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams brought out both T.I. and Lil Wayne to perform their “Soldier” single live at the Philips Arena back on July 15th, 2005.

On July 15th, Lil Wayne hosted and performed live at STORY Nightclub in Miami, Florida.

Weezy attended the club with his Young Money artists Gudda Gudda, HoodyBaby, Jay Jones, T@, and boxer Regis “Rougarou” Prograis.

Lil Wayne has been announced as a headliner for this year’s Paid Dues music festival, which will take place over 2 days (September 16th & 17th) at Pershing Square in downtown Los Angeles, California.

As well as Weezy, there will also be live performances at the festival from Ab-Soul, Nipsey Hussle, Raekwon & Ghostface, Rapsody, PRhyme (DJ Premier and Royce 5’9″), Freddie Gibbs, Dizzy Wright, and more.

If you wish to attend the 2017 Paid Dues festival, you will be able to purchase pre-sale tickets this Friday (July 14th) from 10:00AM, or wait until tickets go on sale to the public the following day on Saturday (July 15th)!
