Jae Millz Addresses The Lil Wayne Bar: “I Can Flip A Jae Mill To A F*ckin’ Meek Mill” [Video]

Jae Millz Addresses The Lil Wayne Bar - I Can Flip A Jae Mill To A Meek Mill

The special guest on episode #115 of “The Bootleg Kev Podcast” was none other than Jae Millz, who chopped it up with Bootleg Kev about his relationship with Lil Wayne and Young Money.

In their conversation, Millzy gave praise to Wayne by looking at everything he has accomplished so far, such as charting consistently and giving the world huge artists, and he is still only in his 30s.

Jae even discussed how he thinks Tunechi sent a shot to him on “Beauty And The Beat” with the line: “I can flip a Jae Mill to a f*ckin’ Meek Mill”. However, he says he is not mad at the diss before confirming he still talks to Tune.

Also in the interview, Millz recalled the studio sessions for “Every Girl” and “Bedrock“, how Weezy called all of the shots, and questioned why Mr. Carter does not get enough credit in the music industry. Check it all out below!

DJ Drama Crowns Lil Wayne’s “Dedication 2” As The Best “Gangsta Grillz” Mixtape & Teases “Dedication 7” [Video]

DJ Drama Crowns Lil Wayne Dedication 2 As The Best Gangsta Grillz Mixtape & Teases Dedication 7

DJ Drama recently participated in a game of “Complex Brackets” with Brian “B.Dot” Miller, which consisted of himself reviewing his “Gangsta Grillz” catalog and choosing his very best mixtape from the series.

From a 16-seed bracket that included Lil Wayne‘s Dedication 2 and Dedication, Jeezy’s Trap Or Die, Chris Brown’s In My Zone, Meek Mill’s Dreamcashers 2, T.I.’s Down With The King, and more mixtapes, Drama got it down to just 2 – Dedication 2 vs. Trap Or Die and it was Wayne who came out victorious.

During the game, Drama also mentioned Dedication 2 was so big at the time in 2006 that it made The New York Times’ “Top 10 Albums Of The Year” list, as well as confirmed Dedication 7 is still happening… but very unconvincingly. Do you agree with D2 being the best “Gangsta Grillz” mixtape of all time and do you think D7 will actually ever happen?

Lil Wayne Chats To 50 Cent, Whoopi Goldberg, Naomi Campbell & Dustin Poirier For Episode 10 Of “Young Money Radio” [Videos]

Lil Wayne Chats To 50 Cent, Whoopi Goldberg, Naomi Campbell & Dustin Poirier For Episode 10 Of Young Money Radio

For episode 10 of the “Young Money Radio” show on Apple Music on July 3rd, Lil Wayne chopped it up with 50 Cent, Whoopi Goldberg, Naomi Campbell, and Dustin Poirier.

Tunechi and Fiddy actually had a conversation for a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes before Tune had to end it as they were going to get cut off. They talked about everything from the early Cash Money tour days, Birdman, Eminem, the culture of hip-hop, BBC (and not the TV network in the UK lol), Mike Tyson, The Game, Meek Mill, Pop Smoke, new rappers copying both of their styles, award shows, and much more. 50 also mentioned “they should expect to see us collaborate” at the end, which is good news as the two of them have not yet to release a song together.

Another interesting story from this week’s episode comes from Naomi, who tells Weezy that she watched him talk to Donald Trump for a good 2 hours at Usher’s birthday party inside the Rainbow Room in New York back in 2006… but of course, he didn’t remember this. You can check out all of these convos in the videos below, which also includes Mr. Carter chatting with Whoopi about who her favorite music artist of all time is (Wayne says his is Anita Baker) and with Dustin about wanting his next UFC fight to be against someone big, such as a Conor McGregor or Nate Diaz!

Drake Recalls Always Wanting To Be As Important As Lil Wayne & Confirms He Is Not Directly Signed To Young Money Any More [Video]

Drake Recalls Always Wanting To Be As Important As Lil Wayne, Discusses His Work Ethic & Confirms He Is Not Directly Signed To Young Money Any More

For a surprise on Christmas Day, RapRadar and TIDAL released a brand new 2-hour interview with Drake that took place at his amazing new home in Toronto, Canada.

At the start of their conversation, Drizzy revealed that his goal at first was to be as important as his “mentor” Lil Wayne and that he does not think anyone in music before or after will ever have the same work ethic as what Wayne has.

After talking about Tunechi‘s “most insane work ethic”, the 6 God then recalled witnessing Tune record 4 – 5 classics in one night and seeing Kobe Bryant walk in on the tour bus during his very first meeting with Weezy to get an early release of Tha Carter III on an iPod.

Later on in the interview, Drake mentioned Lil Wayne will always be one of his favorite music artists, how a lot of things changed when he went to jail in 2010, how Wayne doesn’t listen to no other artists when he is in album mode, and confirmed he is not signed to Young Money any more.

You can check out Drizzy Drake‘s full conversation with Elliott Wilson and B. Dot in the video below, which also includes him speaking on Kanye West, Pusha T, Meek Mill, Serena Williams, Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, Tyler The Creator, The Weeknd, Nicki Minaj, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Young Thug, and much more!
