STREETRUNNER Talks Being Sued Over Playing With Fire, Leaked Lil Wayne Songs, I Cant Feel My Face & More

Kyle Kramer from Noisey chopped it up with STREETRUNNER earlier this month to chat with him about releasing the remastered versions of leaked Lil Wayne songs from 2006-2007 and how he thinks they were leaked in the first place.

The producer also talked talked about getting sued for “Playing With Fire” that ended up in the track being removed from Tha Carter III, the first time he met Tunechi at The Hit Factory Criteria Recording Studios in Miami, if Tune has changed as a person over the years, and wanting to release a Greatest Hits album of all the leaked Wayne songs.

STREETRUNNER even discussed producing Lil Wayne and Juelz Santana‘s “1 Arm“, what he remembers about the I Can’t Feel My Face era, personally wanting to hear the project over Rebirth, his reaction to first hearing Weezy was going to record a rock album, and more!

2 Chainz recently visited Power 106’s “The Cruz Show” in Los Angeles for an interview, which you can check out after the jump below.

At the start of their conversation, Tity Boi went into detail about dedicating his ColleGrove album to Lil Wayne for how he changed the culture, as well as announces the news that him and Wayne will be putting on a surprise show in Atlanta next week.

Chainz also revealed how he met Weezy and what it is like working with him around the 6:30 mark. Before the interview wrapped up, Tity mentioned that him and Tune give each other positive feedback on each other’s songs aka not being yes-men at the 12:30 mark!

Lil Wayne, Tony Hawk & Conan OBrien Play Pro Skater 5 On Clueless Gamer

Lil Wayne and Tony Hawk both made a special appearance on Conan O’Brien‘s “Clueless Gamer” segment tonight on the TBS network to promote and play Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 video game, which will be released on September 29th.

Before playing the video game, Tunechi shows off an injury he picked up from skateboarding, as well as speaks on how him and Tony met, his tattoos, and more. We also get to see what Tune looks like in the game as he is one of the new skaters who have been added.

You can watch the hilarious clip after the jump below. Conan even ended up getting a “I Love Weezy” tattoo on his body after losing to Weezy on the video game!

The author spoke on Weezy‘s relationship with Christina Milian, her book “How To Make Love To A Martian”, how the “she the best with that head; even better than Karrine” line on “Bitches Love Me” came about, and more.

Superhead also revealed that Tunechi text her after his and Christina‘s “Start A Firelive performance at the 2014 AMAs, because he was feeling vulnerable from the bad reviews it got. She also mentioned Tune has told her that he loves her, but she knows it’s not the way she wants to be loved.

During a recent one on one interview with Vlad TV, Karrine “Superhead” Steffans spoke on her relationship with Lil Wayne and why he is the love of her life for nearly 13-minutes. You can watch this interview below.

Superhead went into detail about how her and Tunechi first met back in 2007, the tattoo that she has on her body of something he said to her, how she deals with the other men in her life because she will “never be getting rid of him”, meeting Birdman before Tune, and the current feud going on between them two.

The author, who was pretty emotional during the conversation, also mentioned that she prefers to listen to Weezy‘s earlier music than his newer work, which she thinks has been sub-par most-likely due to him being frustrated with his record label Cash Money Records!
