Fousheé recently chopped it up with DJ Semtex for an episode on his “Hip Hop Raised Me” podcast, which you can listen to below.

Around the 16:40 mark of their convo, Fousheé explained that her “Gold Fronts” collaboration with Lil Wayne came about after he first reached out to her online, as well as discussed witnessing his recording process in the studio (it involves skateboarding in the next room).

Later on in the conversation (19:10), the R&B songstress says Tha Carter III is her favorite album from Wayne and recalls driving around listening to it when it was first released!

We first got word of this collaboration last month and saw a preview of the collection earlier this month, and now more details about Lil Wayne‘s upcoming “Young Money” fashion line with clothing brand American Eagle have been announced.

For the back-to-school season, AE and Weezy will be releasing an exclusive 25-piece tie-dye and color-blocked collection of t-shirts, hoodies, shorts, jeans, socks, boxers, hats, chains, skate decks, and more. The price of these products will range from $8.00 to $100.00.

The collection will debut and drop next month on August 10th with American Eagle revealing the full line on July 30th. You will be able to find the items in all AE stores, as well as on their official online website. In a statement to WWD, Tune had the following to say about his latest clothing line:

“I know my fans wear and love the brand, so we came together to co-create a collection that blends my personality with American Eagle’s iconic style. We designed the AE x Young Money collection with purpose and pride. Whether it’s my music or my style, I have always used both as an outlet for creativity and to live my truth – without apologies. American Eagle gets it. The brand celebrates individuality and to me that’s something I want to be a part of.”

I posted a sneak peek of TRUKFIT‘s Spring 2013 collection last month, now the new collection from Lil Wayne‘s clothing line is available for purchase. You can view and buy the new TRUKFIT apparel from Macy’s and Dillard’s stores in the U.S., or if you are not from America, you can do the same online from their website.

The TRUKFIT Spring collection includes plenty of new shirts, hats, sweatpants, socks, boxer shorts, jumpers, hoodies, denim shorts, denim jeans, jackets, and sweatshorts – including the glow in the dark shorts that Weezy F Baby wore at LIV Nightclub in November.

Just like with Macy’s, Lil Wayne will be making an in-store appearance at Dillard’s Inc. store at Jefferson Mall in Louisville, Kentucky on October 27th to launch and promote his new clothing brand – TRUKFIT.
