Snippets Of Lil Wayne Scottie Pippen & No Brainer Featuring Flow Surface Online

Two new Lil Wayne snippets have surfaced online, which are from the original version of his Tha Carter V album that was due to drop back in 2014.

The first preview is of the “Scottie Pippen” song that uses lyrics from this freestyle at Lil Weezyana Fest 2018 and was produced by Cool N Dre, and the second sneak peek is of the “No Brainer” track that features Young Money artist Flow, who is currently locked up behind bars for life.

A longer preview of this track has now surfaced online, but there is currently no word on if “Velvet” will ever be released officially.

Lil Wayne‘s “A Milli” single off his Tha Carter III album, which was produced by Bangladesh, officially turned 10-years-old on February 13th.

For it’s 10-year anniversary, the producer chatted to Complex all about the song, such as creating the beat, how it ended up in Tunechi‘s hands, the sample, his reaction to first hearing what Tune did over the instrumental (he wasn’t feeling it at first), the legacy of it, his thoughts on everyone freestyling over the beat, Cory Gunz being on the original version of the track, and more.

For this week’s “Feature Friday” installment, I have chosen the original version of DJ Khaled‘s “Out Here Grindin’” single featuring verses from Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Plies, Lil Boosie, Trick Daddy, and Ace Hood, as well as a hook from Akon.

The official version of this The Runners and Jim Jonsin-co-produced collaboration that replaced Weezy‘s verse with a verse from Jeezy appears on Khaled‘s We Global album, which was released back in 2008.

Lil Wayne Will Have A Collaboration With Future & Juelz Santana On Dedication 6

It looks like Lil Wayne may have a song featuring Future and Juelz Santana on part 2 of his forthcoming mixtape, Dedication 6, which currently has no release date (part 1 is due to drop tomorrow on Christmas Day.)

Producer Lil Keis has confirmed on Twitter and Instagram that he produced an original beat for D6 that Weezy, Future Hendrix and Juelz jumped on.
