Lil Wayne recently chopped it up with DeSean Jackson for a virtual interview on episode 3 of his “Fade The Booth” series.

During their 1-hour conversation, Weezy spoke about quarantining, surpassing Elvis Presley, his mother being a chef, growing up in New Orleans, his little brother Semaj, fatherhood, his son’s wanting to pursue a rap career, signing to Birdman and Cash Money Records, and his group with B.G. called The B.G.z.

Also in their convo, Tunechi talked about how he was put in solitary confinement for having an iPod in Rikers Island, giving back to charity, learning to play the guitar better for his album Rebirth, Green Bay Packers, skateboarding, YG being a very underrated skater, knowing and remembering the late Kobe Bryant, and much more!

Lil Wayne Has Surpassed Elvis Presley For The Second Most Top 40 Hits Ever

Lil Wayne has made another big accomplishment following the release of his latest No. 1 album, Funeral.

According to Billboard, Wayne now has more top 40 appearances on the “Hot 100” chart than Elvis Presley, who currently has a total of 81 entries.

With Weezy‘s “I Do It” song featuring Big Sean and Lil Baby off the Funeral project debuting at No. 33, this means he has reached his 82nd top 40 “Hot 100” hit since the beginning of his career.

It is only Drake who is above Tunechi with a total of 100 hits on the Billboard “Hot 100” chart. You can check out the top 12 artists with the most top 40 entries below! Congratulations to Tune (who has a total of 167 career appearances on “Hot 100”)!

After Tha Carter V topped the Billboard 200 this week, Lil Wayne has become the first music artist in history to debut two songs simultaneously in the top 5 on Billboard’s “Hot 100” chart.

Just missing out to Maroon 5 and Cardi B’s “Girls Like You” at No. 1, Weezy‘s “Mona Lisa” featuring Kendrick Lamar debuts at No. 2 while his “Don’t Cry” track featuring XXXTentacion enters at No. 5.

The Young Money founder also joins his label-mate Drake as the only artists in history to debut four records in the top 10 on the “Hot 100” in a single week as “Uproar” debuted at No. 7 and “Let It Fly” featuring Travis Scott appeared at No. 10.

Tunechi is now tied with Eminem for male artists with the most “Hot 100” top 10 debuts as they both have 11 each and are 1 behind Drizzy, who is in the first place with 12. Just over a month ago, Drake tied his Young Money boss Lil Wayne for the most Billboard “Hot 100” hits among solo acts with 132.

Now after Wale‘s “Running Back” single featuring Wayne has debuted at #100 on the chart, Weezy is back in front of Drizzy once again with 133 hits.

Congratulations to Tunechi on this amazing achievement. If you count all acts, it is only the Glee Cast that are above Tune and 6 God with 207 entries on the “Hot 100” chart!
