Doja Cat recently went on Instagram Live to play her favorite song from the deluxe edition of Lil Wayne‘s Funeral album (minus “Shimmy” with herself) – “Multiple Flows” featuring Lil Uzi Vert.

While playing the song, Doja challenged everyone to try a new challenge that consists of not frowning and bobbing your head to “Multiple Flows” at the same time.

The Los Angeles music artist also had to replay a certain part of Wayne‘s verse and Google the lyrics before calling Weezy one of the “top 3 best rappers in the entire planet… he is snug in the top 3”. Check it all out below!

Lil Wayne Speaks On COVID-19, How Self-Quarantining Is Going For Him, Unreleased Music, Kobe Bryant & More

For episode 24 of Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson‘s “All The Smoke” podcast, they had Lil Wayne as the special guest and chopped it up with him for around 25-minutes. At the start of the video, Stack called Wayne the “best rapper of all time” and his “favorite rapper” while towards the end, Matt mentioned he named one of his sons “Carter” after Tha Carter III album.

During their conversation, which you can watch below, Weezy spoke on how his family are currently doing with this coronavirus lockdown, how he has “been self-quarantining for years”, his mother Cita and brother Semaj being in New Orleans where the virus is “really bad” at the moment, N.O. legend 5th Ward Weebie possibly passing away from this virus, and maybe recording a theme song for “All The Smoke“.

Tunechi also revealed he is hitting the studio up everyday while in lockdown, has an unreleased song with a bar saying “ballin’ like Stack Jack”, his sports knowledge comes from his grandma Mercedes Carter, he used to play American football back in the day, how Kobe Bryant made an impact on him, his current favorite NBA players, he is currently listening to Lil Baby, XXXTentacion and Young Dolph, and wanting to do a live concert from home with 5-6 unreleased songs!

Master P recently sat down with Nick Cannon for a one on one interview on his Power 106 radio station show.

Towards the end of their conversation at the 17:00 mark, P shared his top 5 best rappers ever in the music game and in the list, he named Lil Wayne.

“That might piss a bunch of people off… I got to be able to give credit to the people from where I come from that really went hard.”

Grandmaster Flash & Master P Both Praise Lil Wayne

Grandmaster Flash uploaded a video of himself to social media not long after Lil Wayne was honored with the “I Am Hip-Hop” award at this year’s BET Hip-Hop Awards to congratulate him.

The South Bronx old-school hip-hop artist and DJ, who was presented with the same award back in 2006, called Tunechi “an amazing artist” and thanked him for the “Uproar” single off Tha Carter V.

As well as praise from Flash, the No Limit Records founder also shared a video of himself to social media not long after Tune released C5 to reveal he had just bought the album while “Can’t Be Broken” played in the background.

In the clip, Master P spoke about how this new generation have to salute the OGs before them to be successful and called Weezy “the best rapper that ever came from Louisiana”. You can check out both videos after the jump below!

Bun B recently chopped it up with Complex to promote his latest album, Return Of The Trill, which is available now and includes a collaboration with Lil Wayne called “Rudeboi“.

During their interview, Bun explained how 75% of the new generation of rappers want to be like Tunechi, as well as called him a “legend” and say he thinks Tune will “go down as one of the best rappers ever”.

Fat Joe Says All New Rappers Are Using Lil Wayne Flows, Calls Lil Uzi Vert A Bad Version Of Wayne

Fat Joe recently did an interview with Ebro Darden on Beats 1 and during their interview, he had a lot of praise for Lil Wayne.

Joey Crack mentioned that he believes all of these “new rappers” are using old flows from Tunechi, as well as that he thinks Lil Uzi Vert is just a “bad version” of Tune:

“When you hear all these little kids now, who doing hip-hop music, those is all Lil Wayne’s flows. Every last one. Lil Uzi is a bad version of Lil Wayne. It’s not as good as Lil Wayne, I’mma just be honest with you. And he’s good, and I like his songs. Lil Uzi, I got nothing but love for you. He ain’t as good as Lil Wayne, that’s impossible. Lil Wayne was considered, he’s one of the greatest, he’s a G.O.A.T. Not only that, he was lyrically considered the best rapper on earth for a couple of years. Lil Uzi Vert ain’t gonna to get that. And it’s with no disrespect, because I like Lil Uzi Vert and I like a lot of his records. I cannot front, I actually bought his album. It’s a good album. I don’t want to take it disrespectful in no way, but Lil Wayne is Lil Wayne.”

Of course, Joe didn’t mean no disrespect to Uzi with what he said, but you have to admit he wasn’t lying. You can check out exactly what the Terror Squad founder said in a clip below!
