Eminem Praises Lil Wayne For Rapping To Be The Best Rapper Of All Time

Eminem Praises Lil Wayne For Rapping To Be The Best Rapper Of All Time

In a recent interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music, Eminem explained his reasons why he doesn’t think there will ever be a best rapper of all time.

Even though he does not really check for favorite MCs lists, Em did say he raps to be the best rapper and this is where he gave praise to Lil Wayne by saying he also does the same:

“I rap to be the best rapper, but I’m not the only rapper who raps to be the best rapper. [Lil] Wayne, [J.] Cole, Kendrick [Lamar], Joyner Lucas. They rap to be the best rapper, and I feel like when you push yourself like that, that’s what I feel like inspires greatness.”

You can check out a clip of Slim Shady saying all of this and the full conversation after the jump below!
