Lil Wayne Appears On Manningcast, Talks Packers & Rates A Rap From Eli Manning

Earlier this week, Lil Wayne was the special guest on Eli and Peyton Manning‘s ESPN “Manningcast” show during the Monday Night Football game between Green Bay Packers vs. Los Angeles Rams.

While on the broadcast, Weezy recalled telling his friends in school about the “cheese people” referring to the Packers, discussed what he was feeling in the picture above, and explained our favorite question – how he became a Packers fan when he is from New Orleans.

Tunechi also watched and rated a rap from Eli Manning over a New York Giants remix of Fivio Foreign’s “1 On 3” by saying he “killed it”. The former American football quarterback for the New York Giants revealed that Tune‘s “A Milli“, “Fireman” and “Stuntin’ Like My Daddy” inspired his performance!

During their sit-down conversation, Ernestine revealed how she first met Lil Wayne on ESPN’s “First Take” and explained that it was herself who first booked Wayne on the sports TV show for an appearance.

Skip also chatted about how Tune accepted Mrs. Bayless into his home before she mentioned that herself and Weezy connected closely on life and formed a unique friendship. She even says she got to know the real Dwayne Michael Carter and not Lil Wayne!

On a new episode of his “The Skip Bayless Show”, the American sports columnist and commentator revealed that Lil Wayne blames himself for Odell Beckham Jr.‘s demise in New York.

Skip Bayless shared the story of Tunechi telling him why he believes he takes the blame for Odell‘s departure from the New York Giants, which all stemmed from the Tune and Beckham 40-minute interview with Josina Anderson for ESPN in 2018.

Weezy has told Skip that he was a bit upset when he arrived to the interview as he thought he was going to be interviewed alone and was shocked when he saw Odell there. He also didn’t like that the conversation didn’t have much to do with his new album at the time, Tha Carter V. Check it all out below!

As it is #ThrowbackThursday today, we can watch some footage of Lil Wayne showing off his bowling skills on the television network ESPN.

For the 2011 Chris Paul PBA (Professional Bowlers Association) Celebrity Invitational at Riverboat Lanes in New Orleans, Louisiana on December 14th, Weezy teamed up with professional bowler Norm Duke to take on CP3 and pro bowler Jason Belmonte.

Unfortunately, Tunechi and Norm lost out to Chris and Jason in the very end, but it did look like a fun game for all. Tune even threw 3 gutter balls in a row before redeeming himself haha! You can check out the clip after the jump below, enjoy.

During their conversation, Tunechi spoke on how special it was for the Los Angeles Lakers to win the 2020 NBA Finals championship in the same year we lost Kobe Bryant, how it has been for himself to deal with the loss of Kobe, and what their relationship was like.

Weezy also discussed attending the LA Lakers games virtually from his home, where he ranks LeBron James as a Laker, how it was to switch roles and ask questions instead of answering questions on “Young Money Radio” earlier this year, and more. Check it out below!
