Lil Wayne Appears In Jay Jones Late Nights Early Mornings Documentary

Jay Jones has released a new documentary called “Late Nights, Early Mornings”, which was directed by Flot and shot by B Dragon.

At the beginning and middle of the mini film, which you can watch below, Lil Wayne appears on FaceTime with Jay‘s father Ronald “J-Dawg” Jones.

There are also appearances from Mack Maine, actor Jason Mitchell, PJ Morton, Nesby Phips, Fee Banks, Jay Jones’ grandma, and more.

During the documentary, Jones revealed it is a dream for him to record music with Tunechi that he has not yet woke up from, as well as spoke on how Tune goes to the studio for 26 hours straight and then heads to the skate park!

Lil Wayne & Young Money Shoot A New Music Video At Diamond Supply Co Skate Park

Over the weekend on February 9th, Lil Wayne, along with his Young Money artists and skateboarders, shot a new music video at Diamond Supply Co.’s indoor skate park in Los Angeles, California.

The song that they shot a visual for is currently unreleased, but we can hear new vocals from Tunechi, Gudda Gudda and Jay Jones. One of the lines we can hear Tune rap is: “I want my baby pictures on a hundred-dollar bill.”

As well as Weezy, Double G and Jay, the other YM artists and affiliates we can see on set are: Lil Twist, Marley G, Vice Versa‘s Poppy Holden and Yaj, and T@. The skaters that were on set are: SpanishMike, Andre Colbert, Tyreek Morrison, Jereme Knibbs, and Yosef “YoYo” Ratleff.

Young Money duo Vice Versa will be releasing their new project tomorrow (November 7th) called Backwoods & Big Shots that is being hosted by DJ $keme.

Some of the features for the mixtape have been confirmed and one is their boss Lil Wayne. The other confirmed features so far are fellow New Orleans natives Jay Jones, Lil Soulja Slim, T.Y., and Young Juve.

Lil Twist & Jay Jones Tease Lil Wayne Tha Carter V Album, Baby E Says He Doesnt Think It Will Drop On September 21

Baby E was asked on his Instagram page on Tuesday if Lil Wayne‘s Tha Carter V album will be released on September 21st after Floyd Mayweather hinted at it last week.

The Young Money artist, who has just been released from jail, wrote back saying: “naw don’t think so”. However, E‘s label-mates Lil Twist and Jay Jones have both since posted a C5 image on their Instagram Stories.

You can see confirmation of Baby E saying what he did below, as well as also what Twist and Jay shared on their Stories. Please ignore anyone reporting that the Carter V image which Jones shared is the new album cover as it was created by a fan back in 2014! Could C5 drop on Wayne‘s birthday (September 27th)?
