If you watched Lil Wayne‘s public service announcement last night, you would of seen that Wayne showed off a tentative tracklisting for his upcoming Tha Carter V album, which we know now will be released in two parts with the first part dropping on December 9th.

From looking at the tracklist, you can see that Drake, Justin Timberlake, Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, Young Thug, Reginae Carter, Mikky Ekko, B.o.B, Flow, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Christina Milian, Young Jeezy, and Gudda Gudda will all be featured on C5.

Weezy did mention on the PSA that there will be more songs added, so don’t expect the tracklist we saw to be exact when the final project is released. Also, Mannie Fresh is not listed as a feature and he confirmed that he would be appearing on the album various times. The song “Side Bitch” is also not listed.

Lil Wayne in the studio with Ashanti

Lowkey got his hands on the July/August 2011 issue of XXL Magazine (officially hits newsstands on July 12), and posted an excerpt from Wayne‘s interview:

Well, it’s not to late (referring to Justin Timberlake getting on C4). No, it ain’t. I just don’t have the record. These niggas’ beats been sucking. I’m putting it out there: you producers, what y’all doing? Get right, man. Step it up. This is coming from a rapper. One of the best rappers. I ain’t saying I’m the best no more, because these niggas is too good these days. I got old. But damn, y’all niggas’ beats is terrible! [Chad Ochocinco walks into the room] These niggas’ beats sound like Ochocino made them.

I know this interview was done a while back, but I wonder if this could give Weezy‘s Tha Carter IV another push-back ❓ 🙁

Here is the tagless version of Diddy‘s “Shades” joint featuring Lil Wayne and Justin Timberlake. We previously posted this track in the middle of August, and it will appear on Diddy‘s upcoming Last Train to Paris album! Weezy shot his parts for a video before he went to jail as well, so I’m sure this will be a single at some time later this year. I have no idea if this will be on an upcoming Justin Timberlake album or on Diddy‘s Last Train to Paris album, but I’m pretty sure it won’t be on a Lil Wayne project.
