Halsey Gets A Tattoo Designed By Lil Wayne Seconds Before They Perform On “SNL” Together

Halsey Gets A Tattoo Designed By Lil Wayne Seconds Before They Perform On SNL Together

Seconds before performing “Can’t Be Broken off Tha Carter V on “Saturday Night Live” together (November 10th), Halsey got a tattoo on her lower bicep that was handwritten by Lil Wayne.

Taking to social media, Halsey shared a photo of her new ink that has the words “sins” and “forgiveness” along with a scale, which was done by artist Jonathan Valena aka JonBoy.

The tatt is a reference to Tunechi‘s “on my Libra scale I’m weighin’ sins and forgiveness” lyric from his “She Will” song featuring Drake off his Tha Carter IV album.

Halsey revealed that the inspiration behind her new tattoo is from her and Tune both being Libras and share the same astrological sign – scales. She even brought up a tweet that she wrote back in 2014:

“I’m a libra and so is lil Wayne and that’s all you’ll ever need to know about me.”

Michael B. Jordan Confuses A Lil Wayne Quote For A Line From “Black Panther” [Video]

Michael B Jordan Confuses A Lil Wayne Quote For A Line From Black Panther

Actor Michael B. Jordan and American television personality Steelo Brim recently appeared on MTV’s “SafeWord” comedy show, which will be premiering in full this Friday (August 24th).

While on the Terrence J-hosted show, the best friends played a game of “Wakanda or Weezy?” to see if they could tell if quotes read out by Tiffany Haddish are from Lil Wayne, or the Black Panther movie.

In a sneak peek of the episode, we can see Michael losing a round of the game by confusing a Tunechi quote for a line from Black Panther. The quote was actually from Tune‘s interview with Katie Couric back in 2009:

“I do what I want to do and I’m gonna do that till the day I die.”

Lil Wayne Explains Why Tyler The Creator Changed The Rap Game & Shares An Inspirational Speech About Being Somebody

A couple of weeks ago, Tyler, The Creator released his “Cherry Bomb” documentary. Unfortunately, I have not managed to watch it yet, but I did see a clip online of Lil Wayne‘s part in the doc.

In the clip, Tunechi can be seen explaining why Tyler, The Creator changed the rap game, as well as how people are only hearing Tyler‘s music and not listening to it. Tune also shared some words of wisdom:

“Work hard, be somebody, be something more than what you see in the mirror. Let the world be your mirror, don’t let them judge you, cause the mirror can’t judge you. You judge what you see in the mirror.”

Lil Wayne Scan & Quote From Ozone Magazine x More

New Lil Wayne Scan & Quote From Ozone Magazine
“Pistol on my neck, you don’t wanna hear that thing talk!”

Check out a new photo of Lil Wayne from the latest issue of Ozone Magazine, which is in stores now! You can also read what he tells Ozone in their sex issue about why he is a great Father to his kids:

“I’m not on child support with none of my kids cause I’m a great father. So it’s not determined by how much money you’re paying at all. That’s not what it’s about. It’s about being there and being that important person in their lives. It’s about being #1 or #2 in their life. That’s very important for your child, to make sure you’re that #1 or #2. Because if you’re not, you know what #1 or #2 could end up being. That’s the most important thing of all. I just try to make sure I’m of the highest importance in their lives, next to their moms.”
